Returns are only accepted if the product arrives in poor condition or does not correspond to the purchase made by the customer. For this return to be valid, the customer must check the condition of the merchandise at the time of receiving it, state it on the delivery note and communicate it within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Returns are not accepted if the products supplied have been clearly used.
Returns are not accepted for reasons that the product does not meet customer expectations or the result does not satisfy you.
