METHOD OF DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Products are shipped to the customer within 48 working hours in Spain.

Shipping is free for Spain on orders that include 3 or more products.

If 1 product is purchased, shipping costs € 4. In the case of the Balearic Islands, the cost is € 6 and, for the Canary Islands, € 8.

If 2 products are purchased, shipping costs € 2. In the case of the Balearic Islands, the cost is € 4 and, for the Canary Islands, € 6.

Each delivery is considered completed, once the carrier has made the product available to the customer and has stated this in the control system used.

The client, at the same time of receiving the products, must verify that the merchandise corresponds to his purchase and that its presentation, condition, documentation and packaging are correct. It is then when the client must record his claim on the delivery note and communicate it within 24 hours from receipt of the goods.

The client also has the possibility of rejecting the package, if it had been opened or if there are obvious signs of deterioration.
